Lenovo duet windows9/9/2023 Lenovo will offer up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1255U processors with the Duet 5i, with up to 16GB of DDR4x memory and up to 1TB PCIe M.2 SSD. The tablet includes a 12” 2.5K resolution IPS touchscreen in 16:10 aspect ratio with96 percent DCI-P3 color gamut and 450 nits brightness, The display also supports Dolby Vision, and there’s great audio with Dolby Atmos support. You can also use an optional Active Pen 3 stylus for marking up documents, creating art or note taking. The bluetooth keyboard connects via magnets, but detaches easily when you need just a tablet. Slim and stylish, the IdeaPad Duet 5i offers a lot of different functions with the detachable form factor. The audio is again tuned by Maxx Audio by Waves, with four stereo speakers built-in. There’s a 5MP front-facing camera for video calls, as well as an 8MP world-facing camera on the rear for any happy snaps. The tablet remains thin and light, though includes up to 12 hours of battery life and support for 45W Quick Charge to get you back up and running quickly. The display gets a bump in size to 11” and in resolution up to 2K. Lenovo has taken the popularity of the original and upped the ante with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 CPU with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Last in their new Chrome OS line up is the IdeaPad Duet 3 Chromebook, a spiritual successor to the IdeaPad Duet Chromebook – but with some more premium features. Lenovo has had great success with their Duet series of detachables and they’re offering more this year with the IdeaPad Duet 3 Chromebook and as well as the Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5i detachable laptop running Windows 11. There’s also an option for backlit keyboards and there’s a physical camera shutter over the webcam for privacy. Lenovo says they’ve re-designed the touchpad on the Chrome OS devices, making them larger and easier to hit. Both will come with up to 8GB RAM and either up to a 512GB SSD on the Flex 5i or 128GB of eMMC storage on the Flex 3i – with a microSD card reader on both for expansion if required. The Flex 5i offers a large 14” FHD resolution IPS display in a 16:10 aspect ratio and running a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, while the Flex 3i offers a larger 15.6” display and uses an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor. For those looking for something sans Windows, Lenovo is offering a new range of Chromebooks powered with audio tuned by Maxx Audio by Waves.
